The barometric pressure (BARO) is more than 70 kPa.
The fuel level is between 15-85 percent.
The engine coolant temperature (ECT) is more than 75°C (167°F).
The vehicle speed is less than 8 km/h (5 mph).
The FTP is between -1.7 and +0.1 kPa (-7.0 and +0.4 in H2O).
The FTP must have varied at least once.
The vehicle is operating in Closed Loop.
