Removal Procedure

WARNING: This page is about a different variant/trim than selected.
  1. Remove the transmission from the vehicle. Refer to Transmission Replacement (w/RPO LY7)  or Transmission Replacement (w/RPO LH2) .
    2. Fig 1: View Of Torque Converter

  2. Remove the torque converter from the transmission.
    3. Fig 2: Removing Input Shaft Seal

  3. Remove the input shaft seal. Refer to Seal Replacement - Torque Converter .
