Installation Procedure

  1. Install the TOC.
    2. NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.
  2. Install the TOC mounting bolts.

    Tighten:  Tighten the bolts to 5 N.m (44 lb in).

  3. Connect the TOC lines to the TOC.

    Tighten:  Tighten the fittings to 20 N.m (15 lb ft).

    Connect the TOC line to the TOC retainer clip (1).

  4. Reposition and reinstall the condenser. Refer to Condenser Replacement (Heavy Duty Cooling) or Condenser Replacement (Standard Cooling) .
