Water Crossover Removal

  1. Remove the drive belt tensioner bolts.
  2. Remove the drive belt tensioner.

  3. Remove the bypass hose and clamps.

  4. Remove the water crossover bolts.
  5. Remove the water crossover.
  6. Remove the water crossover gaskets.

  7. Remove the thermostat housing bolts/studs (310).
  8. Remove the thermostat housing (311).
  9. Remove the thermostat (312) from the water crossover (308).
