Installation Procedure

  1. Install the console armrest latch to the console armrest.
    2. NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.

  2. Install the screws that retain the console armrest latch to the console armrest.

    Tighten:  Tighten the screw that retains the front door trim plate to 2 N.m (18 lb. in.)

  3. Install the armrest inner trim panel (2).
  4. Install the armrest inner trim panel screws (1).

    Tighten:  Tighten the screw that retains the front door trim plate to 2 N.m (18 lb. in.)

  5. Check for proper operation of the console armrest latch, adjust the console lid latch if necessary.
