Removal Procedure

    CAUTION: Refer to SIR Caution in Cautions and Notices.
  1. Using a flat bladed tool, pry upward on the rear edge of the defroster grille (1) in order to release defroster grille (1) retaining clips from the IP upper trim pad.

  2. Disconnect the sunload sensor electrical connector (2).

  3. Pull up on the rear edge, and then rearward, in order to remove the defroster grille (1).
  4. Remove the defroster grille (1) from the instrument panel.
