Installation Procedure

NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.

Install the knee bolster trim (1).
Install the retaining screws (2).
Tighten: Tighten the fasteners to 2 N.m (18 lb in).

Install the hood release lever (1).
Tighten: Tighten the fasteners (3) to 2 N.m (18 lb in).

Install the parking brake release lever to the cable (1).
Install the lever retainers screws.
Tighten: Tighten the fasteners to 2 N.m (18 lb in).
Install the left hand closeout panel. Refer to Closeout/Insulator Panel Replacement - Left .
