2	Turn ON the ignition, with the engine OFF. Shine a bright incandescent lamp into the ambient light sensor. Place the wiper/washer switch in the OFF position. Place the twilight delay switch in the OFF position. Place the headlamp switch in the OFF position. Place the fog lamp switch in the OFF position. Wait more than 6 seconds. Does the HEADLAMPS SUGGESTED message display on the Instrument Cluster (IPC)?	Go to Step 3	Go to Testing for Intermittent Conditions and Poor Connections in Wiring Systems
3	Test for a short to battery positive voltage in the windshield wiper switch on signal circuit. Refer to Circuit Testing and Wiring Repairs in Wiring Systems. Did you find and correct the condition?	Go to Step 6	Go to Step 4
4	Inspect for poor connections at the Dash Integration Module (DIM). Refer to Testing for Intermittent Conditions and Poor Connections and Connector Repairs in Wiring Systems. Did you find and correct the condition?	Go to Step 6	Go to Step 5
5	IMPORTANT: Perform the setup procedure for the Dash Integration Module (DIM). Refer to Body Control Module (BCM) Programming/RPO Configuration (IPM) or Body Control Module (BCM) Programming/RPO Configuration (DIM) or Body Control Module (BCM) Programming/RPO Configuration (RIM) . Replace the DIM. Refer to Dash Integration Module Replacement in Body Control System.Did you complete the replacement?	Go to Step 6	-
