Removal Procedure

WARNING: This page is about a different variant/trim than selected.
  1. Remove the transmission. Refer to Transmission Replacement in Manual Transmission - Tremec-6 Speed.
  2. Remove the concentric slave cylinder. Refer to Clutch Concentric Actuator Cylinder Replacement (CTS)  and/or Clutch Concentric Actuator Cylinder Replacement (CTS-V) .
  3. Fig 1: Removing Clutch Housing Bolts/Studs

  4. Remove the clutch housing bolts/studs (2).
  5. Remove the clutch housing (1).

  7. Remove the clutch pressure plate bolts.
  8. Remove the clutch pressure plate (4) and the driven disc (3) from the dowel pins (1) on the flywheel (2).
