| Clutch incorrectly installed | Remove the clutch and install it correctly. Refer to Clutch Assembly Replacement (CTS) and/or Clutch Assembly Replacement (CTS-V) . |

| Flywheel housing to clutch housing excessively misaligned | Replace the faulty clutch housing or transmission front case.
