Installation Procedure

  1. Lubricate the valve lifters with prelube, GM P/N United States 1052367, GM P/N Canada 992869, or equivalent.
  2. Install the valve lifters in their original position if not replaced.
  3. Install the right camshafts. Refer to Camshaft Replacement - Right .
