Installation Procedure

  1. Install the timing belt tensioner bracket with the tensioner and idler pulleys attached.
    2. NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.
  2. Install the timing belt tensioner bracket bolts.

    Tighten:  Tighten the timing belt tensioner bracket bolts to 40 N.m (30 lb ft).

  3. Install the timing belt. Refer to Timing Belt Replacement .
