Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the timing belt. Refer to Timing Belt Replacement .
    2. Fig 1: Removing & Installing Timing Belt Idler Pulley

  2. Remove the timing belt idler pulley bolt.
  3. Remove the timing belt idler pulley (2).
