Installation Procedure

  1. Install the timing belt idler pulley (2).
    2. NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.
  2. Install the timing belt idler pulley bolt.

    Tighten:  Tighten the timing belt idler pulley bolt until snug, the bolt will be tightened to specifications during the timing belt installation and adjustment procedure.

    Install the timing belt. Refer to Timing Belt Replacement .
