Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the bolt (2) securing the following to the cylinder head:
    • The oil level indicator tube (4)
    • The coolant outlet pipe (3)
    • The engine front lift bracket (1)
  2. Grasp the oil level indicator tube (4) firmly.
  3. Pull the oil level indicator tube (4) upward from the engine block.
  4. Remove the O-ring seals from the oil level indicator tube.

    Discard the O-rings.
