Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the timing belt. Refer to Timing Belt Replacement .
    2. Fig 1: Identifying J 42065

  2. Mount the J 42065  to the crankshaft gear. See Special Tools and Equipment .

  3. Complete the following in order to remove the crankshaft gear bolt:
  4. Remove the crankshaft gear.
  5. Remove the oil pump collar.
