Thermostat Housing Removal

  1. Remove the coolant pipe by twisting.

  2. Remove the O-ring seals from the pipe.
  3. Discard the O-rings.

  4. Remove the thermostat housing bolts.
  5. Remove the thermostat housing and thermostat.

  6. Remove the thermostat from the thermostat housing.
  7. Remove the O-ring seal from the thermostat housing and discard.
