Oil Pump Assemble

  1. Install the oil pump drive and driven rotor.
    2. NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.
  2. Install the oil pump cover and bolts.

    Tighten:  Tighten the oil pump cover bolts to 8 N.m (71 lb in).

  3. Install the oil pressure relief valve, spring, seal and plug.

  4. Install the oil pressure regulator spring, valve and plug.
