Intake Plenum Manifold Cleaning and Inspection

  1. Clean the intake plenum in solvent, removing all sludge and varnish.
  2. Clean the intake plenum sealing surfaces.
  3. Inspect for the following conditions:
    • Chipped or cracked sealing flanges
    • Stripped or damaged thread holes
  4. Replace the intake plenum as necessary.
