Intake Plenum Manifold Assemble

    NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.
  1. Install the vacuum brake booster fitting from the intake plenum.

    Tighten:  Tighten the vacuum brake booster fitting to 25 N.m (18 lb ft).

    2. Fig 2: Removing & Installing Intake Plenum Turning Valve Bolts

  2. Install the intake plenum tuning valve, intake plenum tuning solenoid and O-ring.
  3. Install the intake plenum tuning valve bolts.

    Tighten:  Tighten the intake plenum tuning valve bolts to 8 N.m (71 lb in).

  4. Install the intake plenum tuning solenoid bolts.

    Tighten:  Tighten the intake plenum tuning solenoid bolts to 8 N.m (71 lb in).
