Intake Manifold Flange Installation

IMPORTANT: Ensure the intake manifold flange seals are installed and properly seated.

Apply thread adhesive GM P/N 12345382, (Canadian P/N 10953489), to the intake manifold flange bolts.

NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.

Install the intake manifold flange bolts.
Tighten: Tighten the intake manifold flange bolts using tightening sequence to 20 N.m (15 lb ft).
