Engine Flywheel Installation

Install the flywheel.
Apply thread adhesive GM P/N 12345493, (Canadian P/N 10953488) to the flywheel bolts.

NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.

Install new flywheel bolts.
Tighten:
- Tighten the flywheel bolts to 65 N.m (48 lb ft) on the first pass.
- Tighten the flywheel bolts 30 degrees the second pass.
- Tighten the flywheel bolts 15 degrees the final pass.
