Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the mass air flow (MAF)/intake air temperature (IAT) sensor. Refer to Mass Air Flow (MAF)/Intake Air Temperature (IAT) Sensor Replacement .
    2. Fig 1: View Of Air Cleaner Assembly

  2. Remove the 3 bolts securing the air cleaner assembly to the shock tower and upper tie bar.
  3. Remove the air cleaner assembly from the vehicle.
