Exhaust Manifold Removal - Right

  1. Remove the right exhaust manifold heat shield bolts.
  2. Remove the right exhaust manifold heat shield.

  4. Remove the exhaust manifold bolts from the right cylinder head.
  5. Remove the right exhaust manifold.
  6. Remove and discard the exhaust manifold gasket from the right cylinder head.

  8. Remove the block heater cartridge.

  10. Remove the right knock sensor bolt.
  11. Remove the right knock sensor.

  13. Remove the crankshaft position sensor bolt.
  14. Remove the crankshaft position sensor.

  16. Remove and discard the crankshaft position sensor O-ring, if damaged.

  18. Remove the engine mount nut.
  19. Remove the engine mount.

  21. Remove the engine mount bracket bolts.
  22. Remove the engine mount bracket.
