Outer Drive Belt

  1. Compress and reposition the clamp on the power steering reservoir hose in order to remove the hose from the power steering pump.
  2. Remove the power steering reservoir hose from the power steering pump.

  4. Remove the power steering pump reservoir bolts.
  5. Remove the power steering pump reservoir.

  7. Insert a 1/2 inch drive ratchet into the outer drive belt tensioner.
  8. Rotate the drive belt tensioner clockwise.
  9. Remove the drive belt from around the drive belt tensioner.
  10. Slowly rotate the drive belt tensioner counter-clockwise.
  11. Remove the 1/2 inch drive ratchet.

  13. Remove the drive belt from around the following:
    • Crankshaft balancer
    • Generator
