Installation Procedure

  1. Install the A/C drive belt tensioner.
    2. NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.
  2. Tighten the A/C drive belt tensioner bolt.

    Tighten:  Tighten the A/C drive belt tensioner bolt to 50 N.m (37 lb ft).

  3. Install the A/C drive belt. Refer to Drive Belt Replacement - Air Conditioning .
  4. Install the electric fan assembly. Refer to Cooling Fan Replacement - Electric (LS6) in Engine Cooling.
