Boring Procedure

WARNING: This page is about a different variant/trim than selected.
  1. A 0.25 mm (0.01 in) oversize service piston and piston ring set are available for the LCT engine.
    2. IMPORTANT: Do not bore the cylinder liners on the LCT engine.
  2. It is recommended to hone the cylinder to achieve proper fit for the oversize piston.

    Refer to the Cylinder Honing information for the proper honing procedure.
