Secondary Camshaft Drive Chain Shoe Installation - Left

  1. Ensure that the left secondary camshaft drive chain shoe (2) is being installed.
    2. Fig 2: Removing & Installing Left Secondary Camshaft Drive Chain Shoe

  2. Position the left secondary camshaft drive chain shoe.
    3. Fig 3: Removing & Installing Secondary Camshaft Drive Chain Shoe Bolt

    NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.
  3. Install the secondary camshaft drive chain shoe bolt.

    Tighten:  Tighten the secondary camshaft drive chain shoe bolt to 23 N.m (17 lb ft).
