Installation Procedure

Fig 1: Removing & Installing Instrument Panel Compartment Screws

NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.

Position the I/P compartment onto the I/P retainer.
Install the screws (2) securing the I/P compartment.
Tighten: Tighten the screws to 2 N.m (18 lb in).

Install the I/P compartment door.
Tighten: Tighten the screws to 2 N.m (18 lb in).

Reinstall the door arms. Insure the tabs (1) are secured to the I/P compartment door.
