Received Signal Strength Indicator: Notes

The display indicates the signal strength from the cell site that the cellular telephone is currently detecting. The received signal strength indicator uses the 3 characters following PHONE on the DIC. Each characters is capable of displaying 5 bars to represent signal strength. The DIC can display the signal strength level within the range of 0 to 15. The following cellular telephone message displays include the signal strength indicator:

  1. PHONE - CALL
  2. PHONE TIMER XX:XX
  3. Phone Incoming Caller ID
  4. PHONE - LOCKED
  5. PHONE - ON
  6. PHONE - PAUSE
  7. PHONE - ROAM A
  8. PHONE - ROAM B
  9. PHONE - VOL
