1	Did you perform the Diagnostic System Check - Retained Accessory Power?	Go to Step 2	Go to Diagnostic System Check - Retained Accessory Power
2	Close the driver and passenger doors. Turn ON the ignition, with the engine OFF. Turn OFF the ignition. Do the retained accessory power functions (power windows) operate for approximately 10 minutes?	System OK	Go to Step 3
3	Turn OFF the ignition. Remove the RAP relay. Turn ON the ignition, with the engine OFF. With a test lamp that is connected to a good ground, probe the battery positive voltage circuits of the RAP relay. Does the test lamp illuminate on both circuits?	Go to Step 4	Go to Step 7
4	Reconnect the RAP relay. With a test lamp that is connected to a good ground, probe the RAP relay output circuit at the RAP relay. Close the driver and passenger doors. Turn ON the ignition, with the engine OFF. Turn OFF the ignition. Does the test lamp illuminate?	Go to Step 5	Go to Step 6
5	Repair the RAP relay output circuit of the RAP relay. Refer to WIRING REPAIRS . Did you complete the repair?	Go to Step 9	-
6	Inspect for poor connections at the RAP relay. Refer to TESTING FOR INTERMITTENT AND POOR CONNECTIONS and CONNECTOR REPAIRS . Did you find and correct the condition?	Go to Step 9	Go to Step 8
7	Repair the battery positive voltage circuit of the RAP relay. Refer to WIRING REPAIRS . Reconnect the RAP relay. Did you complete the repair?	Go to Step 9	-
8	Replace the RAP relay. Did you complete the replacement?	Go to Step 9	-
9	Operate the system in order to verify the repair. Did you correct the condition?	System OK	Go to Step 3
