Removal Procedure

Important:  Replace the steering column opening filler bracket if any damage exists. Do not repair the steering column opening filler bracket.

1. Remove the filler trim. Refer to Trim Panel Replacement - Knee Bolster .
2. Remove the 4 fasteners from the steering column opening filler bracket (2).
3. Remove the steering column opening filler bracket (2) from the vehicle.
