Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the console compartment. Refer to Console Storage Bin Replacement .
  2. Remove the 3 fasteners (1) retaining the lock assembly to the console.
  3. Remove the lock assembly.

  4. Push down on the silver tab (1) on the lock cylinder.

  5. Insert the key.
  6. Turn the lock cylinder.

    Remove the lock cylinder (2) from the lock assembly (1).
