Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the ashtray assembly. Refer to Ashtray Replacement .
  2. Open the ashtray lid.
  3. Remove the cigar lighter element.

  4. Remove the lamp socket (1).
  5. Twist the cigar lighter retainer (2) counter clock-wise in order to remove from the housing (3).
  6. Remove the cigar lighter housing from the ashtray.
