Installation Procedure

  1. Partially install the ashtray assembly.
  2. Connect the electrical connectors (1) to the cigar lighter and courtesy ashtray lamp.
    NOTE: Refer to FASTENER NOTICE .
  3. Install the fasteners (3) in order to retain the ashtray.

    Tighten 

    Tighten the fasteners to 2 N.m (18 lb in).

  4. Install the ashtray box.
  5. Install the console center trim plate. Refer to Trim Plate Replacement - Console Front .
