Vacuum Brake Booster Check Valve: Removal

  1. Remove the fuel injector sight shield. See appropriate ENGINE MECHANICAL article in ENGINES. Disconnect the vacuum hose from vacuum brake booster. Disconnect the vacuum hose from the intake manifold.
  2. Remove the vacuum brake booster check valve from the vacuum brake booster hose.
