Removal Procedure

CAUTION: Refer to SIR CAUTION .
  1. Remove the left sound insulator. Refer to Closeout/Insulator Panel Replacement - Left .
  2. Remove the knee bolster trim panel. Refer to Knee Bolster Replacement - Left (Without UV2)  or Knee Bolster Replacement - Left (UV2) .
  3. Remove the 4 fasteners (1) securing the knee bolster bracket to the IP lower.
  4. Remove the knee bolster bracket (2).
