Installation Procedure

Align the IP upper trim pad to the IP and connect the electrical connections.
Slide the IP upper trim pad (1) forward in order to engage the front of the IP trim pad to the IP carrier.
Align the rear edge of IP upper trim pad (1) with IP cluster bezel and snap retainers into upper pad.

NOTE: Refer to FASTENER NOTICE .
Install the four fasteners (2) into the IP air outlet vent openings.
Tighten

Tighten the trim panel fasteners to 2 N.m (18 lb in).
Install the three fasteners (1) into the defroster grille opening on the IP upper pad (3).
Tighten

Tighten the trim panel fasteners to 2 N.m ( 18 lb in).
Install the IP air outlets. Refer to IP Air Outlet Vent Replacement .
Install the defroster grille. Refer to Defroster Grille Replacement (Without UV2) or Defroster Grille Replacement (UV2) .

Install the left and right windshield garnish moldings. Refer to GARNISH MOLDING REPLACEMENT - WINDSHIELD PILLAR .
