Phone - Not Present

Message indicates that vehicle is configured to have a cellular telephone, but cellular telephone is not communicating with Instrument Panel Cluster (IPC). Under these conditions, message will be displayed when either cellular telephone status is displayed in vehicle information display or driver activates cellular telephone by pressing PHONE or RECALL buttons on steering wheel controls.
