Lights On

Instrument Panel Cluster (IPC) illuminates LIGHTS ON indicator when Dash Integration Module (DIM) detects that park lights are requested. IPC receives a class 2 message from DIM indicating park lights status. IPC continues to illuminate indicator for 10 minutes when ignition switch is turned to OFF position and park lights are active. After 10 minutes, IPC requests status of lighting system from DIM and continues to illuminate indicator only if park lights status is active.
