Instrument Panel Cluster (IPC) illuminates HEADLIGHTS SUGGESTED - 23 indicator in Driver's Information Center (DIC) when ambient light conditions are low enough that headlights should be used during driving. IPC receives a class 2 message from DIM requesting illumination.
