Check Gas Cap (61)

Instrument Panel Cluster (IPC) illuminates CHECK GAS CAP - 61 indicator in Driver's Information Center (DIC) when Powertrain Control Module (PCM) detects a malfunction in evaporative emissions system or gas cap is not seated properly. IPC receives a class 2 message from PCM requesting illumination.
