Description & Operation (Driver's Information Center): Timer

Timer is used to record elapsed time. When timer is displayed on Driver's Information Center (DIC), pressing INFO RESET button on DIC will reset timer. Timer is started and stopped by pressing ON/OFF button on DIC. Timer is displayed on DIC in one of these following formats:

• XX.XX.XX TIMER (ON)
• XX.XX.XX TIMER (OFF)

First XX represents hours elapsed, second XX represents minutes elapsed, and third XX presents seconds elapsed. ON or OFF is a fixed display on DIC and indicated whether timer is currently running. Maximum range of timer is 99 hours, 59 minutes, and 59 seconds. After maximum range is reached, timer will roll-over and display all zeros (00:00:00).
