Removal (Driver's Side)

Remove the screws from the rear edge of the closeout/insulator panel. See Figure. Pull the closeout/insulator panel down in order to disengage the push pin type fasteners from the lower instrument panel. Slide the closeout/insulator panel toward the rear vehicle in order to clear the emergency brake bracket.
