Display Test

Certain instrument panel cluster (IPC) features are tested when the ignition is turned on in order to verify all features are working properly. When ignition is turned on, the AIR BAG indicator comes on and flashes 7 times. The ABS indicator light, BRAKE system warning and parking brake indicator, cruise indicator light, charge indicator light, engine coolant indicator light, engine oil pressure indicator light, fasten belts indicator light, security indicator light, TRACTION CONTROL indicator and SERVICE ENGINE SOON (MIL) indicator all come on briefly.
