Right Turn Signal Indicator Always On

Turn ignition switch to ON position. Connect scan tool to Data Link Connector (DLC). See COMPONENT LOCATIONS  . Select DIM OUTPUT on scan tool display. Ensure turn signal lever is in neutral. If scan tool indicates right turn signal input as ON, repair wiring as necessary. See WIRING DIAGRAMS  . If scan tool does not indicate right turn signal input as ON, replace IPC. See INSTRUMENT PANEL CLUSTER  under REMOVAL & INSTALLATION. Recheck system operation.
