Fasten Seat Belt Indicator Always On

Turn ignition switch to ON position. Connect scan tool to Data Link Connector (DLC). See COMPONENT LOCATIONS  . Select SIR OUTPUT on scan tool display. Ensure seat belts are unbuckled. If scan tool indicates seat belt as buckled, repair wiring as necessary. See WIRING DIAGRAMS  . If scan tool does not indicate seat belt as buckled, replace IPC. See INSTRUMENT PANEL CLUSTER  under REMOVAL & INSTALLATION. Recheck system operation.
