WARNING:
Deactivate air bag system before performing any service operation. See AIR BAG RESTRAINT SYSTEM
article. DO NOT apply electrical power to any component on steering column without first deactivating air bag system. Air bag may deploy.
Instrument cluster assembly contains the cluster lens, speedometer/tachometer gauge module and voltage/oil pressure gauge module. See Fig 1 . The instrument cluster is serviceable as a unit and as individual components. Each gauge module may be replaced separately but are not to be serviced beyond replacement.
Indicator and warning lights inform driver of individual systems operating status or a system malfunction within that system. See Fig 1 .
