DTC B2782: Description

When ignition key is inserted to ignition, resistance of key pellet is measured. Resistance is compared with resistance value stored in IPC memory. DTC B2782 will set when IPC does not have a valid key pellet resistance in its memory and a correct one has not been "learned" within 2 seconds of power up. IPC will display "Pass Key Not Programmed" on DIC.
