Loss Of BCM Data

If Body Control Module (BCM) is not operating correctly, see appropriate BODY CONTROL MODULE article. If BCM is operating correctly, check for good terminal contact to BCM at connector C1 terminals A9 (Purple wire) and B9 (Purple wire). If terminal contact is okay, replace BCM.
